My experience at the riad was quite mixed. On one hand, the staff was incredibly welcoming and I truly enjoyed some of the best tea I've ever tasted. On the other hand, I found the place to be a bit misleading in description; it’s more of a cozy riad than a luxurious hotel. The room wasn’t as bright or clean as I had hoped, which was disappointing. However, I would consider returning due to the friendly service and enjoyable ambiance.

Rooms

The room was dark and not very clean, with worn towels that disappointed me.
Service

The service was genuinely kind and welcoming, making our stay feel more enjoyable.
Location

The riad is tucked away in a dead-end alley, which felt a bit intimidating at times, but overall it was conveniently located for exploring the Medina.
Dining

Breakfast was quite basic with a limited selection, but the tea was lovely.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were simple, lacking the amenities I expected at a higher-rated hotel.

I had an unforgettable experience at the riad, primarily due to the incredible hospitality from the staff, especially Naima and Mohamed. However, the location was a bit tricky to navigate, and the room could have been cleaner. The riad's atmosphere was welcoming and I enjoyed the delicious tea they served. Overall, I know exactly where I’ll be returning to when I visit Marrakech again!

Rooms

The room was cozy but could use a good cleaning, as I found it a bit dark and not as tidy as I expected.
Service

The staff was genuinely welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home throughout my stay.
Location

The location was charming, tucked away in narrow alleys that added to the Marrakech experience, but the access was a bit challenging for first-time visitors.

The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced, providing good value for what was offered.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, though I was expecting a more private pool experience, as it was shared with other guests.

My stay at the riad was quite an experience. The location is superb, allowing us to easily explore the nearby souk and attractions. While the staff were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel at home, I was disappointed with the room's condition and the misleading 4-star description on Google. Overall, the service was great, but the room didn't live up to expectations.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was dark and not very clean, with towels that were worn out. It felt more like a basic accommodation rather than a luxurious experience.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any request.
Location

This riad is perfectly situated just minutes away from the main square, making it easy to navigate the bustling streets of the Medina.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was adequate, with fresh pastries and unlimited coffee and tea, but nothing extravagant.
Facilities
6.0
I enjoyed the rooftop terrace, where I could relax after a long day of exploring, but the advertised private pool was actually a shared space.

5.0/10

I was really disappointed with my stay here, primarily due to the misleading advertising. While the staff were friendly, the room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The location was decent but finding the riad was quite a hassle. Overall, I felt misled about the hotel's quality based on its supposed star rating.

Rooms
5.0
The room was dark and not clean, with torn towels that really didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star establishment.
Service
7.0
The employees were friendly and eager to help, but unfortunately, their kindness couldn't compensate for the issues with the room.
Location
6.0
The location was a short walk from the main areas, but it was tricky to navigate the small alleys to reach the riad, making it a bit intimidating at times.
Dining
Facilities

The rudimentary amenities didn't align with the advertised luxury. It felt more like a basic guesthouse rather than a spa hotel.

My stay at the riad was truly an oasis in the bustling heart of Marrakech! The comfortable rooms and attentive service made my experience memorable, especially as I navigated the vibrant Medina. However, the noise from the central courtyard could be an issue if you’re an early sleeper, and I felt that the pool was more of a shared space than a private retreat. Overall, a fantastic spot if you're looking to experience the culture of the area!

Rooms
8.0
The rooms opened up to a lively central courtyard, which added to the charm but could be a bit loud at times, especially if you want to sleep early.
Service
10.0
The service was exceptional; Naima and her team were beyond friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Location
9.0
The riad is excellently located within walking distance of the main souk and attractions. Despite being down a somewhat narrow alley, it was easy to remember from the taxi drop-off point, adding to the sense of adventure.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast spread was decent, with plenty of bread, pastries, and tea options, though a more extensive menu would have been nice.
Facilities
7.0
The rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi is a lovely feature, though I expected more from the pool area, as it felt public rather than private.
